About Pinus Mugo Pumilio Twig Leaf Oil
Pinus Mugo Pumilio Twig Leaf Oil is an oil primarily composed of oil-soluble components.[1] Volatile components obtained from the leaves of Pinus Mugo Pumilio contribute to the first impression of the scent and the lingering aroma after application, tend to evaporate more readily than ordinary botanical oils, and, when evenly dispersed in the oil phase, are more likely to spread continuously during application and leave a supple feel after drying. In cosmetics, it is used to add fragrance to products or adjust the characteristic odor of raw materials.[1] In Korea, oils and extracts from leaves and twigs with a peroxide value exceeding 10 mmol/L cannot be used in cosmetics.[2] In Europe, only raw materials with a peroxide value below 10 mmol/L may be used.[3]
