About Perfluoromethylcyclohexane

Perfluoromethylcyclohexane is a compound with acidic groups.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to absorb liquids in the formulation, such as water or oil; help powder ingredients flow evenly without forming lumps; and help formulation ingredients bind together to maintain their shape.[2] It is also used to help prevent emulsions of water and oil from separating easily and to leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth.[2]
