About PEG-25 Oleamine

PEG-25 Oleamine is a polyethylene glycol derivative of oleamine.[1] The number 25 in the name indicates the average number of ethylene oxide units added; within the same base structure, changing this number may also change water miscibility and the formula's viscosity and spreadability. In cosmetics, it is used to reduce static electricity that causes hair strands to lift or stick together and to help sebum and impurities wash away with water.[2]
