PEG-20 Glyceryl Oleate is the polyethylene glycol ether of Glyceryl Oleate.[1] The number 20 indicates the average number of added ethylene oxide units. With the same base structure, changing this number may also change water miscibility and the formulation’s viscosity and spreadability.
