About Pectolinarin
Pectolinarin is an organic compound with a flavanone structure found in plants.[1] The oxidative stability of a finished product containing pectolinarin depends not only on the formulation concentration but also on the other ingredients used, packaging, and storage conditions involving exposure to light and air. In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen and to condition the skin’s surface, leaving it soft and smooth.[2]
