About Peanutamide Mea
Peanutamide MEA is a mixture of ethanolamides of fatty acids obtained from peanut oil.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, to help prevent emulsions of water and oil from separating easily, and to increase the amount of foam and help it persist. It is also used to lower surface tension so ingredients wet, mix, and spread evenly, and to adjust the formula’s viscosity and flow.[2] [2]
