About Paeonia Suffruticosa Phytoplacenta Extract
Paeonia Suffruticosa Phytoplacenta Extract is an ingredient obtained by extracting phytoplacenta cells isolated from peony or phytoplacenta cells produced through cultivation.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help inhibit microbial growth, slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen, and smooth and condition hair by reducing tangling and roughness.[2] It is also used to condition the skin’s surface, leaving it soft and smooth.[2]
