About Ostrich Oil
Ostrich Oil is an oil obtained from the fatty tissue of ostriches.[1] Because it is primarily composed of fatty components obtained from ostriches, it mixes better with oils than with water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while reducing the sensation of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to reduce hair tangling and rough texture for smoother conditioning, and to leave the skin’s surface soft and smooth.[2]
