About Oleamine
Oleamine is a primary aliphatic amine.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce static electricity that can cause hair strands to lift or stick together.[3] In Europe, the secondary amine content of finished products is limited to a maximum of 0.5%, and the nitrosamine content must also be no more than 50 μg/kg.[2]
