About Myristoyl Sarcosine

Myristoyl Sarcosine is N-myristoyl derived from N-methylglycine.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce static electricity that causes hair strands to lift or stick together, help sebum and impurities rinse away with water, and smooth hair by reducing tangling and rough feel.[2] It is also used to lower surface tension so raw materials can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
