About Meroxapol 312
Meroxapol 312 is a polyoxypropylene/polyoxyethylene block copolymer in which x, y, and z are 21, 15, and 21 on average, respectively.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsion formulations in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and to lower surface tension so that raw materials wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
