Meroxapol 252 is a polyoxypropylene, polyoxyethylene block polymer, where x, y, and z are 18, 14, and 18 on average, respectively.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsions in which water and oil are evenly mixed and to lower surface tension so ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
