About Lysophosphatidylglycerol

Lysophosphatidylglycerol is the hydrolysate of phosphatidylglycerol obtained through the reaction of phospholipase A2.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed and to attract moisture to the formula and skin surface and help maintain a moisturized feel.[2]
