About Lippia Sidoides Leaf Oil
Lippia Sidoides Leaf Oil is a volatile oil obtained from the leaves of Lippia sidoides.[1] Volatile compounds obtained from the leaves contribute to the initial impression of a fragrance and the lingering scent after application. They tend to evaporate more lightly than ordinary plant oils, and when evenly dispersed in the oil phase, they are more likely to spread smoothly without dragging during application and leave a flexible feel after drying. In cosmetics, it is used to add fragrance to products, adjust the characteristic odor of raw materials, and add flavor and fragrance to lip or oral-care products.[2] In Korea, it is classified as an ingredient that cannot be used in cosmetics.[3]
