About Lippia Origanoides Leaf/Flower/Stem Oil

Lippia Origanoides Leaf/Flower/Stem Oil is an oil composed mainly of oil-soluble components.[1] Because it mainly contains fatty components obtained from the leaves, flowers, and stems of Lippia origanoides, it mixes more readily with oils than with water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while reducing the sensation of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, slow the oxidation of formula ingredients through reactions with oxygen, and add flavor and aroma to lip or oral-care products.[1] It is also used to keep the characteristic odor or taste of raw materials from becoming too pronounced and to slow deterioration during storage by inhibiting microbial growth in products.[1]
