About Lauryl Dimethylamine Cyclocarboxypropyloleate

Lauryl Dimethylamine Cyclocarboxypropyloleate is an amine salt.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce static electricity that causes hair strands to lift or stick together, and to reduce tangling and rough feel in hair to leave it smooth and conditioned.[3] In Europe, the maximum concentration is 2.5% in leave-on products, while no separate maximum concentration is specified for rinse-off products. Nitrosamines must also be no more than 50 μg/kg.[2]
