About Laurdimoniumhydroxypropyl Cocoglucosides Chloride
Laurdimoniumhydroxypropyl Cocoglucosides Chloride is a quaternary ammonium salt, in which R is primarily a mixture of coco monoglucosides and coco diglucosides.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities wash away with water, create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and leave the skin’s surface feeling soft and smooth.[2] It is also used to lower surface tension so ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
