About Hydroxyethylbutylamine Laureth Sulfate
Hydroxyethylbutylamine Laureth Sulfate is the hydroxyethylbutylamine salt of the sulfuric acid ester of ethoxylated lauryl alcohol containing 1–4 moles of ethylene oxide.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help wash away sebum and impurities with water and to lower surface tension so that ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
