About Hydrogenated Menhaden Oil
Hydrogenated Menhaden Oil is the final raw material obtained by carrying out a controlled hydrogenation reaction on menhaden oil.[1] Because it is primarily composed of fatty components obtained from hydrogenated menhaden, it mixes better with oil than water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while reducing the sensation of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth and to adjust the viscosity and flow of formulas.[2]
