Hydrogenated Dimer Dilinoleth-20 is a polyethylene glycol derivative of hydrogenated dimer dilinoleyl alcohol containing an average of 20 moles of ethylene oxide.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsions in which water and oil are evenly mixed and to lower surface tension so ingredients wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
