About Ginkgo Biflavones

Ginkgo Biflavones are a mixture of biflavones derived from ginkgo leaves.[1] The oxidative stability of a finished product containing Ginkgo Biflavones is affected not only by the formulation concentration but also by the ingredients used with it, the packaging, and storage conditions involving exposure to light and air. In cosmetics, they are used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen and to help protect the skin from external factors.[2]
