About Ferrous Glycinate
Ferrous Glycinate is an ester in which portions derived from an acid and an alcohol are bonded.[1] The oxidative stability of finished products containing Ferrous Glycinate is affected not only by the formulation concentration, but also by the ingredients used with it, the packaging method, and storage conditions involving exposure to light and air. In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reaction with oxygen and to leave the skin surface soft and smooth.[1]
