About Elaeis Oleifera Fruit Oil
Elaeis oleifera fruit oil is an oil obtained by pressing the fruit of the American oil palm.[1] Because it is composed mainly of fatty components from the fruit, it mixes better with oil than water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to the skin or hair while reducing the feeling of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to reduce friction on the skin or hair and add a smooth feel, to reduce tangling and rough feel in hair and leave it soft and conditioned, and to leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth.[2]
