About Disodium Ubiquinone
Disodium Ubiquinone is the disodium salt of ubiquinone.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen, reduce hair tangling and roughness for smoother grooming, and attract moisture to the formula and skin surface to help maintain a moisturized feel.[2] It is also used to leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth and to protect the skin from external factors.[2]
