About Diglycerin/Dilinoleic Acid/Hydroxystearic Acid Copolymer
Diglycerin/Dilinoleic Acid/Hydroxystearic Acid Copolymer is a copolymer of diglycerin, dilinoleic acid, and hydroxystearic acid monomers.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce friction on the skin or hair and add a smooth feel, to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and to help prevent the emulsified mixture of water and oil from separating easily.[2] It is also used to adjust a formula’s viscosity and flow.[2]
