About Digalloyl Trioleate
Digalloyl Trioleate is a triester of oleic acid and digallic acid.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formulation ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen and to reduce changes to products and formulation ingredients caused by ultraviolet radiation.[2] Its structure mainly has oleic acid radicals as the R groups.[1]
