About Dicocamine

Dicocamine is an individual ingredient used in cosmetics.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce static electricity that causes hair strands to lift or cling together, smooth and soften the skin's surface, and reduce friction on the skin or hair for a smoother feel.[1] It is also used to lower surface tension so raw materials wet, mix, and spread evenly; create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly blended; and reduce hair tangling and roughness for smoother conditioning.[1] It cannot be used in cosmetics in Europe.[2]
