About Cymbopogon Flexuosus Leaf/Stem Oil
Cymbopogon Flexuosus Leaf/Stem Oil is a volatile oil obtained from the leaves and stems of East Indian lemongrass.[1] Volatile components obtained from East Indian lemongrass leaves contribute to the first impression of the fragrance and the lingering scent after application, and generally evaporate more readily than ordinary plant oils. In cosmetics, it is used to add flavor and fragrance to lip or oral products, to prevent the characteristic odor or taste of raw materials from becoming too pronounced, and to leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth.[2]
