About Curcubiturils
Curcubiturils are individual ingredients used in cosmetics.[1] In cosmetics, they are used to absorb liquids such as water or oil in a formulation, bind metal ions to reduce their effects on color, fragrance, and formulation stability, and help prevent emulsions of water and oil from separating easily.[1] They are also used to form a thin film on the surface of the skin, hair, or nails after application.[1]
