About Citrus Australasica Seed Oil

Citrus Australasica Seed Oil is a fixed, nonvolatile oil obtained by pressing the seeds of Australian finger lime.[1] Because it primarily consists of fatty components obtained from finger lime seeds, it mixes better with oils than with water and is suitable for adding slip and a soft feel to skin or hair while reducing the sensation of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reaction with oxygen, smooth hair by reducing tangling and rough feel, and attract moisture to the formula and skin's surface to help maintain a moisturized feel.[2] It is also used to leave the skin's surface feeling soft and smooth.[2]
