CI 45100 is a pigment used to add color.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to add color to the product or application area.[1] In Europe, it may be used as a cosmetic colorant only in rinse-off products.[2] It may also be used as a colorant in oxidative hair dyes, at a maximum concentration of 1.5% when the product is mixed immediately before use and applied to the hair.[2]
