Cedrus Atlantica Leaf Extract is an ingredient extracted from the leaves of Cedrus Atlantica.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce tangling and rough feel in hair for smooth manageability, and to leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth.[4] In Korea, it cannot be used in cosmetics when it applies to oils and extracts with a peroxide value exceeding 10 mmol/L.[2] In Europe, only raw materials with a peroxide value below 10 mmol/L may be used.[3]
