About Cedrus Atlantica Bark Water
Cedrus Atlantica Bark Water is an aqueous solution obtained by steam-distilling the bark of Cedrus Atlantica.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to add fragrance to products or adjust the characteristic odor of raw materials, and to leave the skin’s surface feeling soft and smooth.[4] In Korea, it cannot be used in cosmetics when it applies to oils and extracts with a peroxide value exceeding 10 mmol/L.[2] In Europe, only raw materials with a peroxide value below 10 mmol/L may be used.[3]
