Cassytha Filiformis Powder is a powder obtained by drying and grinding the whole Cassytha filiformis plant.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen, to manage shine caused by sebum and the condition of the scalp and skin, and to slow deterioration during storage by inhibiting the growth of microorganisms in the product.[2] It is also used to leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth and to protect the skin from external factors.[2]
