About Caryocar Coriaceum Seed Oil
Caryocar Coriaceum Seed Oil is an oil obtained by pressing the seeds.[1] It is primarily composed of fatty substances obtained from Caryocar Coriaceum seeds, so it mixes more readily with oils than with water. It is suitable for adding slip and a soft feel to skin or hair and for helping reduce the feeling of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to reduce friction and add a smooth feel to skin or hair, to attract moisture to the formulation and skin surface and help maintain a moisturized feel, and to help leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth.[2] It is also used to help protect the skin from external factors.[2]
