About Calcium Fructoborate

Calcium Fructoborate is the calcium salt of the reaction product of boric acid and fructose.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to attract moisture to the formula and skin’s surface to help maintain hydration, and to help leave the skin’s surface feeling soft and smooth.[3] It cannot be used in cosmetics in Europe.[2]
