About C30-50 Alketh-10

C30-50 Alketh-10 is a polyethylene glycol ether of a mixture of synthetic alcohols with an average of 10 moles of ethylene oxide and 30-50 carbon atoms.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to lower surface tension so ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly, and to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly blended.[2]
