About C12-13 Alketh-10
C12-13 Alketh-10 is a polyethylene glycol ether of a synthetic C12-13 alcohol mixture with an average of 10 moles of ethylene oxide.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to lower surface tension so ingredients wet, mix, and spread evenly, and to create emulsions in which water and oil are evenly combined.[2]
