About C11-15 Alketh-15
C11-15 Alketh-15 is the polyethylene glycol ether of a synthetic C11-15 fatty alcohol mixture with an average of 15 moles of ethylene oxide.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to lower surface tension so raw materials can wet, mix, and spread evenly, and to create emulsified formulations in which water and oil are evenly mixed.[2]
