About Bromothymol Blue
Bromothymol Blue is an aromatic dye whose color changes depending on acidity, and it is also used as an indicator for visually distinguishing changes in a formula’s acidity.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to add color to products or areas of application.[2] In Europe, it may be used as a colorant in cosmetics only in rinse-off products.[3]
