Bis-Butyloxyamodimethicone/PEG-60 Copolymer is a polyethylene glycol dibutyl ether derivative of amodimethicone containing an average of 60 moles of ethylene oxide.[1] The number 60 in the name indicates the average number of added ethylene oxide units; within the same base structure, changing this number may also change water miscibility and the formulation's viscosity and spreadability.
