About Bifidobacterium/Lactobacillus/Streptococcus/Panax Notoginseng Rhizome/Root Extract Ferment Filtrate
Bifidobacterium/Lactobacillus/Streptococcus/Panax Notoginseng Rhizome/Root Extract Ferment Filtrate is a filtrate obtained by filtering out solids after fermentation.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reaction with oxygen, reduce friction on the skin or hair and add a smooth feel, and create emulsified formulations in which water and oil are evenly mixed.[1] It is also used to attract water to the formulation and skin surface to help maintain moisturization and to leave the skin’s surface feeling soft and smooth.[1]
