Bifida/Panax Ginseng Root Cell Culture Extract Ferment Filtrate is a filtrate of a fermentation product obtained by fermenting an extract from ginseng root cell culture with Bifida, a microorganism.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to inhibit microbial growth, slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reaction with oxygen, and provide a temporarily tightening, astringent sensation on the skin or scalp.[2] It is also used to reduce hair tangling and roughness for a smoother feel, condition nails to feel smooth and flexible, and keep the teeth and mouth clean and comfortable.[2] It is used to leave the skinโs surface feeling soft and smooth and to help protect the skin from external factors.[2]
