Bacillus/Monascus/Equisetum Arvense Leaf/Soybean Seed Ferment Filtrate is a filtrate obtained by removing solids after fermentation.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, slow the oxidation of formulation ingredients caused by reaction with oxygen, and reduce the buildup of plaque on tooth surfaces.[1] It is also used to reduce friction on the skin or hair and add a smooth feel, reduce tangling and rough feel in hair for smoother conditioning, and attract moisture to the formulation and skin surface to help maintain a moisturized feel.[1] It is used to keep the teeth and mouth clean and comfortable.[1]
