About Anhydroxylityl Lactate
Anhydroxylityl Lactate is an ester in which portions derived from an acid and an alcohol are joined together.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, slow spoilage during storage by inhibiting microbial growth in the product, dissolve other raw materials to create a uniform formula, and lower surface tension so raw materials can wet, mix, and disperse evenly.[1] [1]
