About Ammonium Phosphatidyl Rapeseedate
Ammonium Phosphatidyl Rapeseedate is the reaction product of ammonium phosphatide and hydrogenated rapeseed oil.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce friction on the skin or hair and add a smooth feel, create emulsions in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and help keep emulsions of water and oil from separating easily.[2] It is also used to leave the skin's surface soft and smooth, lower surface tension so raw materials wet, mix, and spread evenly, and adjust the formula's viscosity and flow properties.[2]
