About Aluminum Iron Calcium Magnesium Germanium Silicates
Aluminum Iron Calcium Magnesium Germanium Silicates are inorganic salts with a variety of compositions, mainly consisting of the following structure.[1] In cosmetics, they are used to absorb liquids in the formula, such as water or oil; to help powder ingredients remain free-flowing and evenly dispersed rather than forming clumps; and to increase formula volume and control the amount of solids. They are also used to reduce light transmission so the contents appear less translucent, and to control the viscosity and flow of the formula. [1]
