Acrylamide/Ethyltrimonium Chloride Acrylate/Ethalkonium Chloride Acrylate Copolymer is a copolymer of acrylamide, ethyltrimonium chloride acrylate, and ethalkonium chloride acrylate monomers.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to form a thin film on the skin, hair, or nail surface after application, reduce hair tangling and roughness for smoother conditioning, and leave the skin's surface feeling soft and smooth.[2] It is also used to adjust the viscosity and flow of formulas.[2]
