Carex Meyeriana Leaf/Stem Extract is an extract obtained by transferring constituents from the source material.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to color hair.[1] In Korea, it is classified as a raw material that cannot be used in cosmetics.[2] It is included on a separate European prohibited list, so it cannot be used as a hair-dye ingredient for coloring hair.[3]
