  Above all, it's an easy-to-use moisturizing cream that works year-round, and best of all, it's a hydrating product you can use before makeup too. Of course, you can use it at night too! During really dry seasons, I recommend applying two layers as part of your nighttime skincare routine and going to bed—it works kind of like a sleeping mask! The texture is light and spreads well, and you only need a fingertip-sized amount for your whole face, so it's great value. It's fragrance-free too!

  Essential Energy Hydrating Cream

  [Why I bought it] I liked Shiseido's Ultimune line, so I wanted a Shiseido cream too. I bought it at a duty-free shop when I went abroad. [How it feels, what I like about it] A cream with a light, silky texture like almond jelly. With affordable, lightweight products, the moisturizing effect can sometimes feel a little lacking, but this one definitely leaves my skin feeling hydrated. It's moisturizing without being sticky, so it's perfect for my combination skin! The subtle floral scent is soothing too [What concerns me] Nothing in particular. During seasons when my skin feels especially dry, something a little richer might be better [How I use it] It was my go-to nighttime cream during the summer [Recommended for] Anyone looking for a moisturizing nighttime cream with a lightweight feel

  Exosome Cica Cream

  It's a cream, but it's lightweight with very little oiliness, so it isn't very moisturizing.. It didn't provide quite enough moisture for my skin. Since it's more watery, it felt nice and refreshing to use when it was hot! I couldn't really tell if the cica had any soothing effect.. Compared with the serum or toner, it felt like there was less of a presence of active ingredients. I don't feel like it has much of a soothing effect.. Also, depending on what I paired it with, it sometimes pilled.. Partly because I liked how lightweight it was, I finished about two tubes, but now I don't think I'd have many occasions to use it, so I probably won't repurchase? I also didn't feel like the amount or price made it particularly good value..

  I put it on at night before bed, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels so much softer and more moisturized! It is sticky though, so it can make my bangs a little oily. I think it works best if you use it with a night powder!

  The Madeca Cream

  I used it to soothe my irritated skin, but I didn't notice any effect. It spreads well, and even a small amount feels properly moisturizing, but it's not like it makes acne disappear or anything—it just feels like an ordinary cream. I wouldn't recommend it for people with combination or oily skin. It smells like medicinal herbs.

  iP Golden Time Repair Midnight Penetrating Cream

  Since it's a rich cream, I used it as the last step in my nighttime skincare routine. It's said to protect the skin from severe dryness damage that occurs while you sleep and leave it moisturized, plump, firm, and radiant, but since my skin doesn't tend to feel dry to begin with and the rest of my skincare routine is also on the heavier side, I didn't notice much of a difference. That said, since refills are available, I think it's very cost-effective.

  I bought this from MediCube's official website 🛒 This is probably a cream people will either love or hate Personally, I don't like the following things about it ❌️ ・It's super rich ・It stays sticky ・Maybe it's to mask the glutathione smell, but the fragrance is intense (It smells like a really heavy perfume...) It might be good during the dry winter season 🪾, for people with dry skin, or for people who like the fragrance... I'm having a hard time using it up... so I'm storing it in the fridge for now I think I might use it for things like taking care of my dry heels 🦶 after a bath when the dry season comes around 🛌

  Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Bakuchiol Eye Cream

  I can't stand the weird chemical smell. The cream itself has a nice texture that's neither too heavy nor too light, and it's the perfect eye cream for summer, but I just really can't stand the smell. Maybe it's fragrance-free, but if it's going to have this weird chemical smell, I think it would be better to add some fragrance to make it smell a little nicer. When I apply it around my eyes, the smell really bothers me, so I'm using it as a neck cream.

  I have oily skin, so I don't usually use creams much, but this is one of the few that made me think, "I can use this!" It's a smooth, gel-like cream. I have tons of backups lol. I love how it feels, but the distinctive smell bothers me.

  I use this every fall and winter. Its rich hydration and moisturizing feel are perfect for preventing dryness! It has a smooth, rich texture that spreads well and glides right on. It's also extremely moisturizing, and since the ingredients are gentle on the skin, I feel very safe using it. It's a little heavy for summer, but just right for fall and winter! I just found the jar lid a little hard to open..

  At this point, this is my favorite skincare product I've ever used💙 My skin had been doing well since the first time I bought it, but since I'd changed a bunch of skincare products at the same time, I thought it was thanks to something else. When I bought it for the second time, I realized it was thanks to this🥹 I use it thinking, so this is what people mean when they say their skin feels balanced. I'm lazy, so instead of using the regular jar packaging, I bought a bottle at the dollar store and fill it with the refill!

  Third time repurchasing. The best before makeup. Spreads well, so you only need a little. Before makeup, it's good to use more of the clear part. Doesn't interfere with makeup at all, silky, zero stickiness, fresh and hydrating. This is a must before makeup.

  Skinpower Re-New Cream

  The only downside is that it's expensive. The toner's Pitera scent bothered me, but this has enough of a floral fragrance that I don't notice it. It feels more like a balm than a cream, but it doesn't feel too heavy and sinks right into my skin, which is amazing! You only need a small amount each time, too. When I use it at night, my skin feels really firm the next morning, and when I use it before makeup, my makeup goes on well. I highly recommend it.

  This cream spreads better than I expected and feels nice to use. It's a wrinkle-improving cream, but it actually seemed to make wrinkles stand out more in areas where the skin is thin, like around my eyes, so it wasn't right for me. It was effective on my nasolabial folds, where the skin is thicker, and on the wrinkles on my neck.

Affordable moisturizing care you can use generously／ ​I saw that “it’s better to start using eye cream while you’re still in your 20s,” so I bought this as my first tube. ​It has a somewhat rich, heavy texture, but even a small amount glides on and spreads well, so it lasts forever. It has reliably strong moisturizing power that thoroughly prevents dryness around the eyes. ​Eye cream itself is something you apply as an “investment in the future and for prevention,” such as preventing wrinkles, so I felt it was probably difficult to notice any dramatic visible changes or immediate effects right after using it. Still, I think there’s value in consistently applying it while you’re young. ​Since it’s very reasonably priced, it was perfect as a first step for “adding eye cream to my daily skincare routine and making it a habit”! I’m really happy that it’s affordable and easy to try, but now that I’ve successfully made it a habit, I think I’d like to try some other products next.

  Panthetoin Enriched Balm

  This balm is super rich and highly moisturizing. It's a firm, solid balm, but when you spread it out, it melts like water. It's similar to ONE BY KOSE Serum Shield. It spreads easily and is insanely moisturizing, but it isn't sticky at all. If anything, it somehow leaves a smooth, dry finish.. It has a strange feel, but since it leaves my skin smooth, I was able to use it year-round. In terms of moisturizing alone, it felt like one of the best! I also really love how both the scent and color are like CALPIS, and I never wanted to run out, so I always kept backups, but the Pantento line was revamped and this disappeared from the official website, so it looks like it's been discontinued, which makes me sad.. I still have some backups, so I'm going to use them sparingly. I really hope they release a balm in the new Pantento line too!!
